R esidential Archives Club and Club Pseudo — both examples of the cornucopia of activities offered at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy and students partici– pate in. But, what do they all have in common? The Residential Archives Club has made more strides in collecting student and residential life memor a– bilia, like those wonderful signs hanging in the halls or cheesy pictures taken after check or during Spirit Week and Homecoming. As senior Rebecca Brady commented, the collected "artifacts" are an extension off the archive collection in the IRC. "It is something that we can look back on during reunions," said Rebecca. So, at our reunions, we ' ll be able to laugh and smile as all of those memo– ries are brought out from vaults, dusted off, and polished to a high gloss of perfection. Club Pseudo: a time-honored IMSA tradition and a club organized so that "anybody can get on stage and do anything they want," said Senior Ginny Ryan. Usually comedy, but at times serious, students (by themselves or as groups) perform in the open microphone forum. As Ginny en– thused, "Club Pseudo is just a bunch of people getting together and having a good time." So, if you are looking for a good laugh, come to Club Pseudo and listen to the great comedy! So, what do they all have in common? The former hopes to cap– ture and document memories, while the latter makes them. But, then, why don 't you sign up, go, and find out for yourself?
