Several members of the Senior class devoted time and effort to making sure the more liberal of our country's two parties was fairly represented, with the founding of the Youth for Democratic Action. The club helped plan a trip to one of Clinton's rallies downtown, and celebrated when their can– didate won the election. Even though the election was over in November, YDA continued to sponsor political gatherings throughout the rest of the year, with movies and debates. ¥ w w o J \ ^ H Seniors
