F i n e A r t s It's four o'clock in the afternoon and you feel as if you are going to implode. Desperately, you run towards the Student Union. What's this? You see a light at the end of the hall, from which happy people are emerging. You decide to check it out. You are greeted by a smiling man who introduces himself as Mr. Sewell, the Fine Arts ceramics, photography and art design instructor. Class registration is not necessary to participate. He puts a ball of muck in your hand. You sit at a potter's wheel, and voila!, you have created a master– piece (in your eyes, at least.) IMSA is more than just academics. In addition to the visual arts department, there are also the Symphonic Orchestra, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band (all lead by the comical Mr. Running), and two talented choirs (lead by Mrs. Bach). So if you've got an ear for music or an eye for art, then Fine Arts is for you.
