R e l a t i o n s h i p s m eople with people: working, playing, and laughing. Rela– tionships were a vital part of IMSA life; everyone needed the support, security, and comfort of– fered by their companions around them. It has been said, "Friends reflect one's values and characteristics." Eve– ryone remembered the talks and late- night walks that helped them find them– selves and others. The r e l a t i o n s h i ps be t ween boyfriends and girlfriends were not the only ones that existed. The students developed strong bonds with their roommates, other students, and even the resident counselors. Each of these relationships was unique, and all of them were special.
